What is User Experience Analysis?
User Experience Analysis or UX analysis is the process of collecting and evaluating data about how your users are experiencing and interacting with your product, then using that data to enhance the user experience. We could also describe it as the process of measuring the interaction between a user and a user interface of an application or a design.
UX analysis leads to changes in the design or the user interface that helps maximize user engagement with the application.
UX analysis is generally concerned with two types of data:
- Quantitative UX data: numerical and measurable metrics
- Qualitative UX data: subjective user insights
