BPR -Process

1. Identify the Processes

3. Review Current situation in process
   -Software Data, Review financial data, Software tools available, stakeholder data, etc
4. Design process Improvements
   –Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every improvement identified to make sure they can actually measured
5. Implement Improvements
6. Stakeholder involvement in every step
